Asiaq as an organization

The purpose of an organization chart is to make the day-to-day work seem clearer, even though the daily processes may be quite complex.

Asiaq is a modern organization with a flat, project-oriented structure. Among other things, the aim is to give individual employees a sense of professional anchoring while at the same time giving them the opportunity to participate in interdisciplinary projects. As the subject groups are relatively large, knowledge can be shared, and groups become less dependent on whether or not specific employees are present.

Each subject group is managed as a one-year project headed by a project manager, who is in charge of the group’s personnel and administration. At Asiaq we also have a number of specialists in specific fields (coordinators) to ensure the quality of our products.

The subject groups delivers project members to the interdisciplinary projects, which have well-defined beginnings and ends. It is run by a project manager, who may borrow employees from the subject groups for agreed time periods. In addition, we have our external partners.
Efforts are made to highlight the interdisciplinary projects, in order that they remain visible in the daily routine.

As a rule, individual employees participate in only two or three projects at a time.
